Interim Health Care - 2370 Vineville Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes;
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship;
Assist with ambulation, transferring, and range-of-motion exercises;
Provide medication reminders and document client condition for supervisor;
Maintain a safe home environment and assist with safety while clients engage in activities
