Active and unrestricted Georgia RN and NP licenses
DEA registration with Georgia address
Board Certified through AANP or ANCC
Physician Assistant
Education
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Licensure & Certification
Active and unrestricted Georgia PA license
DEA registration with Georgia address
NCCPA Certification
Required Credentials (NP & PA)
ACLS
PALS
ATLS (Trauma course accepted in lieu of ATLS)
TB screening documentation
Flu vaccination (in season)
Clinical activity/case logs covering the past 2 years
CME/CEU summary or certificates for the past 2 years
Malpractice insurance coverage: $100,000/$300,000. For both Piedmont Macon facilities, the primary policy must have limits separate per claim and the limits cannot be eroded by defense costs. The primary policy must include coverage for allegations of sexual and physical abuse. A separate excess liability of $10,000,000 must attach to the primary policy

Interested candidates should submit current CV, certifications, case logs, CME documentation, and licensure information for consideration.
Group will maintain professional liability coverage for itself and its contracted Providers with minimum limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000) in the annual aggregate. Professional Liability will include coverage for allegations of sexual and physical abuse.
A separate excess liability insurance of Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) will attach to the professional malpractice insurance.
Candidates will be CCd at both Piedmont Macon Medical Center EM and Piedmont Macon North EM.
Medical Professional Liability (Errors and Omissions)
Minimum limits: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $3,000,000 annual aggregate
Must include coverage for allegations of sexual and physical abuse.
Commercial General Liability
Minimum limits: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 annual aggregate.
Workers' Compensation
Statutory workers' compensation limits.
Employer's liability coverage:
$1,000,000 bodily injury by accident
$1,000,000 per employee bodily injury by disease
$1,000,000 policy aggregate bodily injury by disease.
Umbrella / Excess Liability
Minimum $10,000,000 excess liability coverage.
A separate $10,000,000 excess liability policy must attach to the professional malpractice insurance.
