We're looking for Per Diem BCBAs across Georgia who are passionate about clinical excellence, value flexibility, and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Statewide Georgia Opportunity

This position is available STATEWIDE across Georgia
, providing flexibility to work with clients in your area based on availability, client needs, and clinical requirements.

Georgia Statewide | Remote, Hybrid & In-Person

This is a flexible position offering remote, hybrid, and in-person work options
, depending on client needs, clinical requirements, location, and assigned cases.

BCBAs may have the opportunity to provide services remotely when appropriate, while some cases may require in-person services based on client and family needs.

BCBAs currently living anywhere in Georgia are encouraged to apply
. Candidates currently living outside Georgia are also welcome to apply if they are willing to relocate to Georgia when in-person services or other position requirements make relocation necessary and they meet all applicable certification and licensure requirements.

Please note: While remote opportunities are available, certain cases and clinical responsibilities may require in-person services. Reliable transportation is required when in-person travel is necessary.

Where You'll Make an Impact

As a Per Diem BCBA
, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful progress for children and families.

You’ll have the flexibility to work around your availability while maintaining high standards of clinical care and collaboration.

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to guide individualized programming

  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs

  • Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs

  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to support continued client progress

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation

  • Ensure compliance with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and company requirements

  • Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services

Required
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing

  • Current 8-hour supervision certificate

  • Georgia LBA
    , where applicable

  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
