We are looking to add a Medical Receptionist to our team!
Knowledge & experience in E-Clinical Works EHR & Lab Corp is required.Duties include:
- Greeting patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Scheduling appointments for patients and maintain the appointment calendar
- Answering phone calls and directing persons to the appropriate people
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Update patient records and enter new patient information
- Assist providers and patients, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with medical records management and filing
- Maintain medicinal supplies and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Process payments and maintain financial records
- Assist with medical billing and coding Inquiries
- Respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
- Processing prior medical authorizations
* Pay will be calculated based on the applicant's knowledge, training, & experience
