Banquet Server PT

Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Banquet Manager or Captain, the Banquet Server PT is responsible for setting up and serving guests during banquet functions at the resort.

• Understand BEO (Banquet Event Order) and complete set‑ups accordingly.
• Set tables correctly with clean linens and glassware, ensuring uniformity.
• Knowledgeably explain menu items to guests.
• Keep the station clean during service, refilling items as needed.
• Assist in breaking down buffet or food service tables post‑event.
• Serve guests following hospitality guidelines and company policies.
• Complete all cleaning tasks as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous related experience or training is beneficial.
