Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, serving utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment;
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently;
Ensure all cleaned items meet sanitation and quality standards before being returned to service;
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen, concession, catering, hospitality, and storage areas;
Assist with the setup and breakdown of catering functions, suites, VIP hospitality areas, backstage hospitality, and special events when needed
