Catering Manager
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated catering manager to our Elior Collegiate Dining team in Macon, GA. As a catering manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of food service professionals and ensure the success of a variety of catered events.
Training and supervising servers and cooks. Participating in the preparation of meals and beverages. Ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Addressing client and guest needs and concerns.
At least three years' experience in food service and/or hospitality. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. At least one years' experience in a supervisory or management role.

- Macon Compensation for this position is up to $60,000 / year based on experience.
