Recruiter, Field Operations

Vaco Atlanta is seeking a Field Operations Recruiter for a CONTRACT position (up to 6 months). Although this position is remote, candidates who live in Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, South Carolina and Florida are preferred since some travel to various locations may be needed.

• Handle full-cycle recruiting (sourcing through offer) for corporate and Field Operations positions (plant leaders, site managers, supervisors, and technical)
• Work closely with Hiring Managers in different regions to understand hiring needs
• Manage up to 40 open requisitions while maintaining "white glove" experience for candidates
• Serve as a strategic recruiting partner with the leadership team
• Identify areas of improvement within recruiting processes
• Prioritize critical needs and provide regular updates to team

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines, including Corporate.
• Experience working in an ATS system, esp. Avature, is REQUIRED

• Experience recruiting for Operations, Manufacturing, field-based, or other fast-paced environments is REQUIRED.
• Must possess strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must have strong sourcing skills.
• Must be comfortable managing high-volume recruiting.
