Guided Search Partners (GSP)

Guided Search Partners is an Executive Search firm built on Trust, Transparency, Specialization, and Long-term Relationships. We connect high-performing professionals with organizations that value people, performance, and growth—helping leaders find roles where they can make an impact and build meaningful careers.

About the Opportunity

We’re helping to hire a Project Coordinator to help with projects tied to recognizable names, where consistency of design shows up across cities, states, and sometimes the world. There’s a unique satisfaction in this work: you’ll drive projects from early architectural design through shipment and installation, then later spot the finished building and know you helped make it happen.

This opening is driven by real need, but not at the expense of quality. The team is tight knit with long tenure (years, not months), and they’re proud of how they support each other through deadlines, technical questions, and the occasional tricky customer moment. The right person here is steady under pressure, comfortable communicating through challenges, and genuinely enjoys being the connector between departments and customers.

What

You’ll Do
  • Support National Brands customers by moving established projects through the full sales cycle—from lead/quote to post-installation support.
  • Serve as an extension of sales, partnering with architects, general contractors, installers, and franchise/store owners to keep projects on track.
  • Manage work cradle-to-grave: estimate materials, build quotes, process purchase/orders, and maintain pipeline visibility in a team environment.
  • Perform materials takeoffs and estimates, meeting bid-date deadlines while asking the right questions to ensure accuracy.
  • Qualify and distribute inbound bid invitations and leads for National Brands projects.
  • Create and manage opportunities in Salesforce, keeping the National Brands pipeline accurate and current.
  • Track project progress and close dates through proactive customer follow-up and relationship management.
  • Provide “level 1” technical support, answer basic questions and develop a working knowledge of AWP installation requirements and recommendations.
  • Process and manage customer orders in IFS, maintaining open orders with accurate ship dates and coordinating with logistics, credit, and custom paint teams.
  • Keep information aligned between CRM and ERP systems.
  • Collaborate across the organization—technical assistance, credit/accounting support, logistics coordination, training, project start-up support, contractor assistance, and issue resolution as needed.
Who You Are

You’re comfortable being customer-facing and you don’t shy away from communication when things get complicated. You can be friendly and professional without being flashy—calm, clear, and confident when customers need answers. You like learning, you seek out information, and you use resources around you to solve problems rather than waiting to be told what to do.

You’ll fit best if you value stability and team culture. This group wins because they work together, they care about each other, and they take pride in the details. If you’re someone who enjoys variety, can juggle multiple moving parts, and wants to build skillsets quickly across estimating, customer service, technical support, and sales process—this role will keep you engaged.

Preferred Experience & Attributes
  • 1–3 years of customer support or sales experience in building materials or a recent graduate from a construction management program.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (not required).
  • Construction or architectural background helpful; understanding architectural drawings is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in estimating is a plus (training is available).
  • Salesforce (CRM) experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of common PC software (MS Office, G-Suite) and willingness to learn new tools (e.g., Bluebeam Revu).
  • Able to work independently while also thriving in a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Job tenure matters—this team values people who invest and grow rather than hop role-to-role.
Why This Role Matters

National Brands work touches high-visibility projects and demands coordination across multiple departments. Your accuracy in estimating, discipline in pipeline management, and follow-through with customers directly impact project outcomes—from bid deadlines to shipment timing to successful installation. You’ll also be joining a department known for long tenure and strong support, where people genuinely look out for each other and take pride in what they build together.

If you want a role where you develop fast, work with recognizable customers, and can point to real buildings and say, “I helped bring that to life,” this is the kind of opportunity that sticks with you.
