At Omegro, we believe that the strength of our portfolio is a direct reflection of our people. As part of a global ecosystem (CSU:

We are looking for experts who are passionate about operational excellence and eager to contribute to a culture that prioritizes professional development, flexible collaboration, and the shared success of our global network of businesses.

Position Overview:

We’re passionate about being all-in on AI and want to accelerate the pace of adoption across our global portfolio of businesses. This senior role is your chance to leave a legacy by transforming our businesses and the career trajectory of their people. If you’re a change agent who thrives in environments where the path isn’t fully mapped out, and where curiosity and problem-solving matter as much as technical depth, you’ll feel right at home with us.

Key responsibilities:

Evangelism & change leadership
  • Serve as the primary advocate for AI adoption across Omegro.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and case studies to demonstrate AI’s business value, and drive rapid adoption.
  • Influence senior leadership and operational teams to prioritize AI initiatives.
  • Create and maintain an internal AI community for knowledge and solution sharing.
Technical enablement
  • Design and implement AI prototypes, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and production-ready solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance on AI tools, platforms, and integration strategies.
  • Collaborate with product teams to embed AI features into existing software offerings.
  • Support businesses with limited technical resources by acting as a hands-on AI architect.
Strategic planning & governance
  • Define a portfolio-wide AI adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI use, data privacy, and compliance.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor adoption progress and ROI.
Training & capability building
  • Create tailored training programs for technical and non-technical staff.
  • Mentor internal AI champions within each business unit.
  • Develop an AI playbook with best practices, templates, and success stories.
  • Build a small, high performing AI transformation team.
ROI Measurement & reporting
  • Identify high-impact use cases and prioritize based on potential ROI.
  • Track and report on business outcomes from AI initiatives (revenue growth, cost savings, efficiency gains).
  • Present quarterly adoption and performance reports to portfolio leadership.
Required skills and experience:
  • Strong background in AI/ML (model development, deployment, integration), data engineering, and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to link AI initiatives to tangible business outcomes.
  • Proven experience driving technology adoption across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models is highly desirable.
Requirements
  • The role can be performed remote requiring you to have the right to work, and additionally the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Values
  • Humble: At Omegro, we define success collectively and work without ego. We share credit and put the company and team before ourselves. We believe in being learn-it-alls rather than know-it-alls, and we avoid any form of arrogance or ego-driven behaviour.
  • Hungry: We are tenacious and personally accountable, always playing to win and learn. We believe in hard work and continuous improvement, constantly seeking more and striving for excellence. Our intrinsic motivation drives us to achieve high standards and always aim for better.
  • Smart: We are great listeners and have the right people on the bus. We embrace a growth mindset, ask questions, read the room, and view feedback as a gift. We make data-driven decisions and are self-aware, ensuring that we can look back and be proud of our actions.
