Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our onsite team in Macon, GA. You will provide Windows, software, and hardware support in a corporate environment and deploy IT devices to end users in line with best practices.
Responsibilities include configuring mobile devices and AV equipment, troubleshooting VPN and VDI connectivity, and maintaining asset inventory. A 1-year onsite or helpdesk background is required, along with strong communication skills.
