Job Title: Senior Data & Software Engineer
Reports to: Head of Innovation and Consumer Technology
Location: Atlanta - Hybrid
FLSA Status: Exempt

SUMMARY: As the Senior Data and Software Engineer at UP Entertainment, you will be at the forefront of advancing our technological vision and strategy. This role requires technical expertise to develop innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and support our growth objectives. You will collaborate cross-functionally, architect scalable solutions, and ensure the integration of secure, privacy-first data insights.

Your deep knowledge in software architecture, data and analytics engineering, cloud computing, and security will be critical in guiding our technology projects and influencing key decision-making processes. Reporting to the Head of Innovation and Consumer Technology, the position also encompasses various projects, including ETL tasks, data analysis, data modeling, monitoring, quality assurance, security, automation, AI and reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with various teams throughout UP Entertainment, execute a comprehensive technology strategy that leverages data analytics and innovative solutions utilizing automation, machine learning and A.I. to drive business value and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Solution Architecture: Architect scalable, robust solutions that address business challenges, ensuring the integration of secure, privacy-first data insights to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Design and manage RESTful services and APIs to support cross-platform optimization for web and mobile applications.
