The Senior Consultant, Workforce Management provides strategic advice to companies to solve problems, create value, improve growth, and maximize business efficiency and profitability through the configuration and use of technology tools. They act as a partner with the customer's project team to leverage the Infor solutions providing guidance and knowledge to the team.
Your role as a Senior Consultant, Workforce Management will be to collaborate with clients, advising them how to use information technology to meet objectives. You'll work to improve structure and efficiency of technology solutions in various organizations.
- Lead ERP Workforce Management Functional Projects individually or as part of a team, providing expertise during implementation, upgrade, or optimization projects; configure WFM application
- Work collaboratively to capture design and document requirements, test functional and/or technical configurations and development in support of project objectives; facilities system testing, integration testing and resolving errors
- Provide guidance and insight in the analysis of customer business requirements mentoring less experienced consultants
- Lead design workshops and lead presentations to facilitate continuous improvement efforts
- Leads knowledge transfer workshops to provide knowledge transfer and/or training to customer resources
- Leads interviews to gather, analyze and document information and business requirements; provides consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts; understands industry trends and correlates them to existing service offerings.
- Identify potential business opportunities and notify Project Management or Director of Business Development
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, and other business development activities as a subject matter expert
- Understand and adhere to established project management policies and procedures utilizing established project standards
- Identify potential risks, issues and concerns or conflicts in a timely manner and present to project leadership
- Identify items that may exceed defined project scope and present to project leadership
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ownership of work product and work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent); minimum 3 years ERP-based consulting or equivalent work experience desired and relevant Infor product certification(s)
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Human Capital practices including Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, Labor Forecasting, HRMS technologies and Human Capital metrics combined with knowledge or experience with Infor analytic solutions
- Experience in the functional design, implementation and support of the Infor Workforce Management (WFM) and Infor Cloud Suite HCM solutions including Global HR and the Talent Management solutions
- Initiative to gain knowledge of current solutions and/or technologies in order to maintain and advance your expertise
- Will ingness to participate in presentations and learning opportunities with both functional and technical teams
- Ability to work to ensure customer satisfaction through quality and consistent execution of the ROI methodology
