• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.
• Execute WOW Operating Way plan consistently.
• Daily housekeeping of office: empty garbage cans, clean floors, dust countertops and work area.
• Daily housekeeping of production area: empty waste cans, sweep floors, dispose of unwanted vehicle parts, place tools and equipment in proper location.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds neatly and orderly, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre‑wash customer vehicles before repairs begin.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs complete.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Customer service abilities.
• Positive attitude.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Willingness to learn.

• Pulling/pushing, carrying.
• Walking 5+ feet.
• Sitting.
• Standing 5+ feet.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl 1+ times.
• Operate a motor vehicle.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts.
