• Ensure all equipment is used and maintained according to the supplier’s guidelines. This includes conveyors, cranes, cooling systems, fire protection, freeze doors, oxygen reduction, and other installations.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance tasks or repairs promptly and safely to minimize disruption to operations.
• Work within budget and achieve established KPIs.
• Follow the maintenance plan efficiently to minimize impact on operations while meeting or exceeding supplier guidelines.
• Lead and supervise the sanitation team to maintain site cleanliness and appearance.
• Complete all work safely and on schedule.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers and/or contractors to ensure proper training of maintenance technicians.
• Establish internal reporting and communication as directed by the Site Manager.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of all equipment and contracts onsite, including cooling systems, oxygen reduction, dock doors, and others.
• Commit to ongoing self and team development through internal and external resources.
• Meet the physical demands of the Maintenance and Operator team roles.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

We are seeking motivated and forward‑thinking individuals who thrive in collaborative and fast‑moving environments. Our ideal candidate has:

• 12+ years of maintenance experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of automated machinery (conveyors, automated cranes, palletizers, trolleys)
• Electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical knowledge
• Knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
• Associate’s degree preferred but not required

• Must be in good physical condition
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to work effectively in a cold freezer environment
• Must be able to climb a 120 ft ladder using a safety harness
• Will be required to wear an SCBA while working, requiring the employee to be clean‑shaven
