Senior Project Manager – High-Visibility Construction Program

Location: Macon, GA (Onsite)

A growing, highly respected project management firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a key leadership role on a complex, community-impacting construction initiative.

This position offers the opportunity to operate on the owner’s side of the table
, driving coordination, accountability, budget, and schedule across architects, contractors, and stakeholders—without direct contractor liability. You’ll serve as the technical backbone and strategic partner to executive leadership while helping deliver a marquee project with significant visibility and long-term growth potential.

• Lead preconstruction and construction coordination across all project stakeholders
• Ensure alignment on scope, budget, schedule, and quality
• Build and support high-performing project teams with appropriate onsite presence
• Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to senior leadership and clients
• Contribute to client relationships and future business development efforts

• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, mechanical, or process construction (15+ preferred)
• Experience delivering $20M+ projects using Design-Build and/or CMAR delivery
• Background in complex facility or arena-type construction environments
• Proven leadership of project teams and strong stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
