Sharp Management is seeking a results-driven Floating Community Manager to assist in the overall performance and operations of our apartment communities. This floating role is responsible for driving occupancy, maximizing NOI, managing expenses, assisting the onsite team, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
The Floating Community Manager serves as the operational and financial leader of the asset, ensuring leasing goals are met, delinquency is controlled, budgets are adhered to, and company standards are consistently upheld. This individual must be both strategic and hands-on, capable of analyzing financial performance while also motivating a team and engaging with residents.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Extensive travel
- Driving occupancy, rental growth, and revenue performance
- Managing property budgets, reviewing financials, and preparing variance explanations
- Overseeing rent collections and delinquency control
- Leading, coaching, and developing onsite team members
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
- Maintaining curb appeal, operational standards, and vendor oversight
- Providing clear communication and reporting to the leadership team
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with financial acumen, operational discipline, and a passion for delivering both asset performance and resident satisfaction.
