• Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and quality.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise operations staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales, finance, and customer service to align operational goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
• Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and operations management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
