Position Summary
As a Realty Project Coach, you will join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
Responsibilities- Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations and keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with store leadership to ensure smooth operations while executing projects.
- Travel to projects across the US, staying away from home 80% of the time or for 17-21 days at a time.
- Motivate teams, foster teamwork, and resolve leadership, supplier, and associate concerns.
- Own execution of projects in assigned stores, communicate plans and obstacles to stakeholders, minimize impact on store operations.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including training, mentoring, recognition, and career path identification.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in the same fields.
- Experience leading people and cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, or store design.
- Master’s degree in Business or related field.
- Year of experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Project Management‑Professional Certification.
Primarily working overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours. Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home is required; expect to be away 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time. Travel reimbursement is provided.
SalaryAnnual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock options.
