If you can meet the following requirements, we need you as our Site Supervisor!

• 2+ years of site supervisor experience
• Good communication skills

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM
.

In this role, you'll start each day by aligning staffing and schedules, supporting and supervising up to 10 officers, ensuring training standards are upheld, and maintaining exceptional service quality. You'll be the bridge between your team and E.K.G. management, handling communication with clarity and confidence while resolving issues before they elevate. Your leadership keeps operations running smoothly and your officers motivated, trained, and mission-ready.
