Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize a development program according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to determine critical milestones and deliverables and communicate all aspects effectively.
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross‑functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing of initiatives.
- Liaise with project managers to build relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Direct, develop, and manage Program/Project Development from beginning to end with full‑scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Develop and manage budget and accountability for delivering against established business goals and objectives.
- Plan, manage, track, and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Conduct project assessments and generate recommendations reports, including estimates of resources needed, and negotiate with other department managers and personnel assets.
- Provide progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Contribute to process improvement activities and assist in driving and supporting to fruition.
- Perform other duties that support overall objective.
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or a combination of education and experience that provides the required qualifications. - Experience:
10+ years in Project or Program Management Software, IT, or similar. 6+ years in a management role, preferably in program management. 6+ years in continuous improvement, process management, or customer service.
- Knowledge of project and program management methodology and techniques.
- Knowledge of enhancement of existing products, methodology application tactics in diverse scenarios, industry expertise, network and PC operating systems, budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
- Strong leadership and management skills; executive‑level communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead large, complex projects through their life cycle, produce cost estimates and deployment plans, work in a fast‑paced environment, stay organized, prioritize workload, multi‑task, and meet deadlines.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
