We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Administrator to oversee enterprise-wide administrative and operational functions across our Medicaid Home Health, PDN, PAS, and Hospice organization. This role sits above individual site/branch administration, the person in this seat standardizes and manages operations across all locations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and performance across the enterprise, with a higher degree of autonomy and cross-site decision-making authority than a standard site administrator role.
This is a senior execution and standard-setting role: the Senior Healthcare Administrator not only implements the operating systems, policies, and standards set by executive leadership, but helps shape them by identifying where enterprise-wide standards need to evolve as the organization grows. The role works closely with the COO and site-level leaders to translate strategy into daily operational reality, and serves as an escalation point for issues site-level administrators can't resolve on their own.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day administrative operations across all locations, ensuring consistent execution of company-wide policies and procedures
Own and continuously refine enterprise-wide intake, admissions, and scheduling processes, ensuring efficiency and standardization across sites
Monitor compliance with Medicaid, state, and federal regulations across all locations; lead survey readiness and audit preparation
Standardize and oversee Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) processes enterprise-wide
Track and report on operational KPIs (staffing, scheduling efficiency, caregiver utilization, admissions, patient satisfaction) across all sites, and recommend corrective strategy where performance lags
Directly supervise and develop site-level administrators and department leads; serve as their escalation point and hold them accountable to enterprise standards
Partner with HR on enterprise-wide staffing, onboarding, and workforce compliance processes
Identify systemic operational gaps or inconsistencies across locations and drive corrective action at the root-cause level
Partner with the COO on rolling out new systems, processes, or locations as the organization grows, including leading pilot implementations
RequirementsRequired
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of healthcare administration experience, including at least 4–5 years overseeing multi-site or enterprise-wide operations
Strong working knowledge of Medicaid regulations, survey readiness, and compliance requirements
Demonstrated success standardizing processes across multiple locations or departments, with measurable results
Proven ability to manage and develop other administrators/leaders, not just individual contributors
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
PreferredExperience in Home Health, Hospice, PDN, or PAS
Experience supporting a multi-site healthcare organization through growth, expansion, or acquisition integration
Familiarity with KPI dashboards and operational reporting tools
