Director, Laboratory

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Director of Laboratory to lead comprehensive clinical lab operations within our non-profit healthcare system. This role oversees daily workflows, staffing, and quality initiatives to ensure timely, accurate diagnostic testing that supports excellent patient outcomes. The Director ensures compliance with CLIA, CAP, and Joint Commission standards, manages budgets and resources, and partners closely with physicians, nursing, and administration.
