Bosselman Pump & Pantry is seeking a 1st Assistant Manager to oversee all store operations and licensed programs, reporting in the absence of the General Manager. You will supervise 4 to 16 employees, help with hiring and training, and ensure daily operations, inventory control and customer service standards are met.
The role requires 1–3 years of Assistant Manager experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and a valid Food Handler’s permit or Serv Safe certification where required.
