* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** This position primarily supports our North Georgia operations and includes regular on-site work in an outdoor mining environment. Travel up to approximately 33% of the time will be required to support operations in South Georgia. The role involves navigating uneven terrain, working around heavy equipment, and adapting to varying weather conditions. Personal protective equipment is required, and the role includes consistent field presence to support stripping activities.

* Safely operate excavators and loaders to support stripping operations and material movement
* Perform routine equipment inspections and communicate maintenance needs promptly
* Load, move, and place materials to maintain efficient site progression
* Follow all safety procedures and contribute to outstanding team safety performance
* Coordinate daily tasks with crew members and supervisors to meet production goals
* Demonstrated capability to safely operate excavators and loaders in a production environment
* Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and situational awareness
* Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close‑knit crew
* Dependability and adaptability in changing site, terrain, and weather conditions
* Commitment to maintaining equipment and supporting continuous improvement activities
