• Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, quality, engineering, logistics, EH&S, and facilities at the plant.
• Lead a plant population of 250 employees in a high‑complexity 24/7 operation.
• Maintain focus on critical activities in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
• Build a work environment that fosters operational, team, and individual excellence through effective leadership, communication, and people‑support behaviors.
• Develop direct reports through coaching and constructive feedback to improve performance and productivity.
• Communicate effectively at all levels, to plant staff and senior management.
• Manage the annual operating plan and deploy resources to deliver production commitments in safety, quality, service, and cost target areas.
• Support internal customer groups to ensure attainment of EBITA targets and delivery of finished products that meet customer expectations.
• Provide leadership to develop a safety culture required to achieve and sustain world‑class safety performance, including development and execution of effective safety processes.
• Develop annual operating plans, budgets, and detailed plans to deliver.
• Direct site capital programs and expenditures to support strategic operations goals.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.

• BS/BA in Engineering or Business preferred with 7–10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations and 15+ years of experience in manufacturing environments required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience leading turnarounds to improve performance strongly preferred.
• Financial aptitude, analytical skills, and proven leadership effectiveness.
• Progressive history of Lean Manufacturing within a manufacturing environment.
• Clear understanding of regulatory requirements for manufacturing operations management.
