Description:

Forklift Driver Organizational Relationship:

This position reports directly to the shift Receiving Supervisor Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Must be capable Forklift operator, stand-up reach lift knowledge preferred.

Operate Scan Gun.

Have knowledge of safety rules.

Experience performing operator level troubleshooting, refueling and maintenance of general-purpose lift trucks.

Ability to read and understand technical instructions and complete reports.

Communications skills to coordinate material flow.

Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Description of Duties:

Keep racks stocked for line.

Take out skids.

General labor in and outside the plant.

Must have a working knowledge of all areas and stations of the department.

May need to bring correct pallets of parts or materials from other areas as needed in assembly departments.
