We're looking for a Growth Director to lead digital growth across our website, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle. You'll own as a top sales driver, manage paid campaigns, build customer relationships through lifecycle marketing, and use data to grow our reach. The ideal candidate has real experience in eCommerce, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and analytics—and gets the outdoors lifestyle.
Job Responsibilities Growth Vision & Website StrategyLeadership:
Define where the website needs to go as our primary conversion engine.
- Make the site the center of customer experience and revenue.
- Build a roadmap for growth through SEO, smooth user experience, and high-value content.
- Create a digital experience that sets us apart in the hunting market.
Leadership:
Set the direction for acquisition across paid, social, affiliate, and influencer channels.
- Scale reach in the hunting community while keeping CAC efficient.
- Optimize the media mix for long‑term ROAS and customer value.
- Grow brand visibility and bring in new customers across all platforms.
Leadership:
Build lifecycle programs that sell, educate, and nurture customers throughout their journey.
- Create email and SMS programs that drive sales, repeat purchases, and loyalty.
- Develop campaigns that educate customers on product use, hunting tactics, and what we stand for.
- Turn every touchpoint into a selling opportunity—welcome series, cross‑sell, win‑back, all of it.
- Own retention metrics and programs that maximize LTV and keep customers coming back.
Leadership:
Make sure the team is making data‑driven decisions, not guessing.
- Give leadership real‑time visibility into what's working and what's not.
- Use attribution modeling to figure out where to invest.
- Build reporting that actually drives better decisions and stronger ROI.
Leadership:
Build a high‑performance growth team with the right mix of internal talent and external partners.
- Create a team that executes well today and plans smart for tomorrow.
- Improve efficiency through better systems, tools, and processes.

Connect marketing and sales to company growth goals—revenue, acquisition, retention, brand equity.
- Hit quarterly and annual growth targets through cross‑functional alignment.

- Build brand trust and engagement that converts and captures market share.
- 7–10+ years in digital marketing, growth, or eCommerce leadership.
- Track record of owning and scaling a DTC website as a main revenue driver.
- Experience managing multi‑million‑dollar ad budgets across paid search, social, display, affiliate, and influencer.
- Proven success building lifecycle programs (email/SMS) that sell, educate, and nurture customers.
- Background in consumer brands, outdoor lifestyle, or enthusiast communities is a plus.
- Experience leading teams and agencies with measurable results.
