• Understanding of the iGaming market with 2+ year of relevant experience.
• Experience managing large advertising budgets.
• Strong understanding of major in-app advertising networks, including Unity, Moloco, App Lovin, and Liftoff.
• Experience working with MMP platforms such as Apps Flyer, Adjust, and others.
• Ability to analyze and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve target KPIs.
• Basic knowledge of tracking systems such as Keitaro/Binom.
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian, English level B1 or higher.
• Basic knowledge of mobile app rental services.

• Daily management advertising networks such as Unity, Moloco, Liftoff, and Mintegral.
• Launching and scaling performance campaigns for web-view applications.
• Close daily collaboration with media buying, design, finance, and technical teams.
• Setting up campaigns in tracking systems.
• Regular reporting on traffic performance and ad spend.
• Design and execute continuous A/B testing experiments.
