A respected family practice clinic is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to support a busy outpatient primary care team in Georgia. This on‑site role is ideal for new graduates and early‑career NPs who want hands‑on experience with strong physician support and a steady day‑shift schedule.

$55.00/hr – $65.00/hr

• See approximately 15 patients per day for routine primary care and follow‑up
• Review labs, call patients with results, and update care plans
• Complete SOAP notes and assist with light clinic paperwork
• Collaborate closely with the supervising physician and clinic staff
• Provide patient‑centered education and clear follow‑up instructions
• Maintain an active Georgia APRN license; FNP preferred
• Show strong communication, documentation, and follow‑up skills
• Be comfortable with outpatient workflows and EMR charting
• New graduates welcome (mentorship available)
