Division/Department: Clinical Services

Salary Information: $42.00 Hourly / Pay Grade TPW / JCCP Code T7001

• Under general supervision, provides professional nursing care in accordance with established nurse protocols.
• Works in the program area of adult health (STD, Breast and Cervical Cancer Program, Pregnancy Testing/Perinatal Case Management).
• Provides immunizations to infants, children, and adults as well as hearing/vision and dental screenings.
• Performs client assessment, provides treatments, educates clients on health problems, and provides necessary referrals to internal and external health care providers.
• Assists with weekly and monthly vaccine inventory and performs other duties as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university AND current Georgia license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse AND CPR certification.
• OR
• Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university AND one year of PHN experience AND completion of a PHN course within one year of hire AND current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license AND CPR certification.
