As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, including vital signs and crisis evaluations
• Provide wound care and address acute physical health needs

• Current State Specific Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
• Minimum of twoyears paid LPN work experience within the past year of direct patient care in a similar setting
