• About Piedmont Macon North - EM: Piedmont Macon North is a 103-bed, not-for-profit community hospital that has served Macon and Middle Georgia for over 40 years. The facility features a robust Emergency Department alongside a strong and growing elective surgical program, with expertise in bariatric surgery, orthopedic care, spine care, and gastric reflux disease. The hospital is recognized by the American College of Surgeons, accredited by DNV Healthcare, and certified as an Acute Stroke Ready Center.
