Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time contract position
• Rotating shifts may be required; flexibility is a plus

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Proven experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing
• Strong assessment skills and the ability to recognize and manage rapidly changing patient conditions
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
• BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications may be preferred)
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units
• Monitor vital signs, manage medication administration, and document patient progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and ongoing care needs
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and take appropriate action
• Maintain strict adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards
