We are seeking a motivated Procedures Room Nurse to join our team. Endoscopy ASC of Middle Georgia Center is a fast‑paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

• Ambulatory surgery centers (or outpatient surgery centers) are healthcare facilities where surgical procedures not requiring an overnight hospital stay are performed.
• The Center is a fast‑paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate perioperative care for patients having GI procedures in an ambulatory surgery center.
• Provide care following the policies and procedures of the Center and demonstrate knowledge of SGNA standards of practice.
• Make decisions regarding patient care needs and communicate appropriate information to physicians, patients, family members, and other members of the health care team.
• Be clinically proficient in nursing skills, demonstrating knowledge of the developmental needs of adult and geriatric patients.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks, use critical thinking skills, and be flexible as job priorities change.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with physicians, patients, staff, and all members of the healthcare team.
• Be cognizant of the physiological, psychological, socio‑cultural, and spiritual needs of the patient.
• Accurately document nursing care.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Use problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills to foster effective, good work relationships with team members.
• Adhere to dress code, attendance punctuality, meal break, and rest periods.
• Maintain required competencies.
• Attend required center meetings.

• Must possess a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
• BCLS/ACLS certification.
• Experience in GI procedures preferred.
