Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications, and at least 1 year of recent telemetry or cardiac care experience. Recommended skills include strong clinical assessment, communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
