Pay Range$38.20 – $57.30
Where You Will Work3 East is a 20‑bed Medical‑Surgical floor that provides comprehensive care for adult patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, as well as post‑operative recovery needs. This unit delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Primary Patient Population- Adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, respiratory illnesses, and cardiovascular disorders.
- Post‑operative patients recovering from general, orthopedic, or abdominal surgeries.
- Patients requiring telemetry monitoring for cardiac observation and complex medication management.
Typical nurse‑to‑patient ratio is 5:1
We’re Looking For- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the candidate practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassion, and skilled communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
- Base compensation within the listed pay range based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.
