Schedule: 3-12 hr shifts per week, days 7am-7pm, rotating weekends and holidays

Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

4 East is a dynamic 32-bed unit that specializes in caring for patients with neurological disorders and patients requiring neurosurgical pre and post‑operative care. It also cares for patients with general medical‑surgical, stroke and trauma care needs. Our team provides high‑quality, compassionate, patient‑centered care to a diverse patient population in a fast‑paced, supportive setting.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

• Play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
