MDS Coordinator (RN):
- Ensure compliance with CMS quality measures/standards, prepare for state & federal surveys, accurately code clinical data for reimbursement, and work closely with the interdisciplinary team.
- Must be a Registered Nurse with an active GA license.
- Preferred: 3 years related experience managing CMS quality measures, familiarity with long‑term care regulations, and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid rules.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with MDS software such as Point Click Care and/or Matrix Care.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
