Schedule Details/Additional Information: 3-12 hour shifts per week, Days 7am-7pm, Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

The unit is a 30‑bed cardiac observation unit caring for pre‑ and post‑operative cardiac patients; it also serves medical‑surgical and orthopedic patients.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association required/expected within 6 months of hire date.
• Cardiac/critical care experience preferred.
