24-bed private CV Stepdown and telemetry unit. Specializes in caring for cardiothoracic/vascular surgical, pre-operative and post-operative progressive care patients. 4

Main teammates new to critical care or enrolled in the Critical Care Academy (CCA). Also serves as med/surg overflow.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association required/expected within 6 months of hire date.
• Cardiac/critical care experience preferred.
