Main is a 35‑bed acute‑care med/surg trauma unit that specializes in orthopedic and multiple trauma injuries. The unit operates with a 1:5 patient‑to‑nurse ratio with clinical technician support and an engaged management team.
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication skills to create a safe patient environment and a positive patient experience across the continuum of care.
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
