Main is a 36‑bed acute care med/surg trauma unit at Navicent Health Medical Center, a nationally recognized Level 1 Trauma Center.

Registered Nurse (RN) in the orthopedic trauma unit providing high‑quality care to adult patients with orthopedic and multiple trauma injuries. Patient ratios average 1:5 with clinical technician support.

36 hours per week, 7A‑7P schedule with weekend and holiday requirements.

$38.20 – $57.30 per hour.

Eligible for benefits as a full‑time employee.

A sign‑on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign‑on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for patient needs and uphold professional practice standards.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the nurse practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
