Description
Correct Health currently has an exciting full-time day shift opportunity to join our growing team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Macon, GA!
Responsibilities- Participate in the clinical aspects of patient care with all members of the healthcare team and law enforcement.
- Perform duties under the supervision of the RN, HSA, Mid Level Provider, Physician, or administrative supervision of the HSC.
- Possess knowledge and ability to provide quality care and respond to needs within the correctional environment.
- Maintain standards and ethics of nursing in accordance with applicable State Board of Nursing and other accrediting agencies.
- Graduate from a national or state approved school of nursing program.
- Hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment.
- Have American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Have corrections experience (a plus).
