Mercer University's Georgia Baptist College of Nursing seeks applications for multiple full-time, 9‑month, non‑tenure track faculty positions. The faculty will teach in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program on the Macon campus.

• Teach in the traditional BSN track on the Macon campus.
• Contribute to the advancement of the nursing profession and higher education through scholarship and service.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's in nursing from an accredited university/college
• Unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Georgia
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Philosophy commensurate with Mercer University's mission and values

Preferred Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in nursing or related field
• A minimum of two years of full-time academic experience
• Evidence of scholarly productivity in area of expertise
• Familiarity with CCNE accreditation standards

• Background Check:
  Selection of final candidates is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Pay Rate:
  Commensurate with experience.
