MDS Coordinator (RN)

We are a long‑term care/skilled nursing facility offering high‑quality patient care.

The MDS Coordinator (RN) will be responsible for ensuring compliance with CMS quality measures and standards, preparing for state and federal surveys, accurately coding clinical data for reimbursement, and working closely with the interdisciplinary team.

• Registered Nurse with an active Georgia license.
• At least 3 years of experience managing CMS quality measures, familiarity with long‑term care regulations, and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid rules.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with MDS software such as Point Click Care  and/or Matrix Care.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
