8:30 AM - 7:30 PM Training: 40 hours/week for 4 weeks Join a Patient-Focused Healthcare Team A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a full-time outpatient opportunity in Macon, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity to practice independently while collaborating with a dedicated clinical care team committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will:
- Provide comprehensive primary and family care to patients of all ages.
- Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
- Manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions.
- Promote preventive care, wellness, behavioral health, and health screenings.
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease management.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Perform clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean clinical environment.
- Accurately document patient encounters using electronic medical records (EMR).
Required:
- Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current National Board Certification.
- Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner license.
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in:
Primary Care Family Medicine Urgent Care. - Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
- Strong EMR proficiency.
- Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical care team.
- Experience managing patients with chronic medical conditions.
- Strong focus on preventive care and patient education.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure if needed.
- Full-Time (38 hours per week) 2-4 shifts per week
- Clinic hours: 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- Four-week full-time training program
- In-person, patient-facing position
- Occasional travel between nearby clinic locations may be required.
- Three out of every six weekends required, with occasional holiday rotations.

Applicants must have at least one year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care. Candidates without this experience cannot be considered. DEA registration may be required during onboarding. This is a safety-sensitive position.
