The nurse coordinates patient care activities and maintains high standards of practice to ensure quality care delivery.
Qualifications & Skills- Graduate from an accredited nursing program;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - No experience required; new graduates are eligible; hospital experience preferred
- Current Georgia RN licensure or multistate license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area (e.g., ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NICU NRP)
- Specialty certifications within 6 months of start date if applicable
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Coordinate activities of assigned staff to deliver quality nursing services
- Maintain professional standards and adhere to policies and procedures
- Demonstrate professional growth and accountability in practice
