Role Overview

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They work within organizational policies, demonstrating professional growth and accountability. The nurse coordinates patient care activities of assigned staff to ensure the delivery of quality nursing services.

Deliver patient-centered care, adhere to standards of practice, and ensure effective coordination among care team members. Maintain compliance with organizational policies and promote professional development.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• No experience required; new graduates are eligible; hospital experience and PRN experience preferred.
• Valid Georgia RN license and/or NLC/eNCL multistate license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Advanced certifications in specialty areas are a plus.
