Dialysis Registered Nurse - RN

Role Overview

Providing high-quality dialysis care as a Registered Nurse (RN) within a multidisciplinary team, under supervision of a Charge Nurse. Responsible for patient assessments, monitoring during treatment, medication administration, and documentation. Ensuring safety, compliance with policies, and participating in ongoing education.

• Performing patient assessments before and after dialysis treatments
• Monitoring patients during procedures to ensure comfort and safety
• Administering medications per physician orders and reviewing medication profiles monthly
• Collaborating with team members for care planning and staffing requirements
• Adhering to all safety protocols, policies, and regulations
• Participating in staff meetings and continuing education activities

• Current nursing license in the applicable state
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred
• Previous dialysis nursing experience is a plus
